All our rentals include:

• 24 Hour Front Desk/Security
• Daily housekeeping service - stays from 1 to 6 nights
• Twice weekly housekeeping service – 7nights or more & monthly stays
• In-suite self serve laundry
• Complimentary continental breakfast in the lobby.

Rate Information:

• All rates are in Canadian funds per night,
• Rates posted do not include federal or provincial taxes
• Rates are subject to room availability. 
• Each room & rate posted is based on 1 or 2 persons per room.
• Each additional adult or child over the age of 12 is an additional $20 per night. 
• Exclusions and black out dates may apply.
• RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
• Reservations for Penthouse Suites are subject to minimum stays and penalty charges for early departure.
• The Meridian hotel has a zero tolerance for partying and it is an absolutely no smoking hotel -indoors or outdoors. This includes balconies or patio spaces. Either of these can result in immediate eviction from the premises and or a $200 fine.

Cancellation Policy

• Failure to cancel your reservation for Bachelor, Junior Suites, One Bedroom Suites, Bedroom Deluxe Suites or Townhouses before 48hrs of the arrival date will result in 1 (one) night’s room and taxes to be charged to your credit card used at the time of making the reservation for stays of less than 7 nights..
• Failure to cancel reservations for Penthouse Suites or the 3 Bedroom Suite before 7 days of arrival date will result in the entire length of stay room and taxes to be charged to your credit card used at the time of making the reservation.
• Failure to cancel any stay with a duration of 7 nights or longer before 7 days of arrival date will result in the entire length of stay room and taxes to be charged to your credit card used at the time of making the reservation.
